Firefighters are currently battling a seven-storey blaze in the Sydney suburb of Ultimo.
The fire broke out at midnight local time on Wednesday and is believed to have started on the third floor of the building.
Firefighters have worked to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading.
At least five fire crews have been on the scene, with the NSW Fire and Rescue spokesperson saying that no one has been injured in the incident.
Authorities have closed off the area and are asking residents to stay away.
It is not yet known what caused the fire, and an investigation into the incident is still underway.
