This is not something that a Texas judge can do. The US Supreme Court has established precedent that states cannot outlaw abortion. This decision is ultimately up to the Supreme Court. The only action a Texas judge can take is to consider a case challenging the regulations that were put in place to approve the abortion pill, and possibly rule that the regulations are unconstitutional.
