Polish authorities have reported that no explosives were found aboard a flight from Poland to Greece after a bomb threat was made.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, when a man called the Polish Embassy in Athens and threatened to detonate a bomb aboard the flight, which was carrying 166 passengers and six crew members.
In response, the plane was diverted to a nearby military airport and the passengers were evacuated.
The plane was then searched by a bomb disposal unit and a sniffer dog, but no explosives were found.
The man who made the threat was later arrested by Greek police, and is being investigated for making a false bomb threat.
The passengers were eventually allowed to continue their journey to Greece, and the flight landed safely in Athens.
